We all have our own problems and issues we are dealing with everyday. Some of them we have no control of, but one thing you can control is how you deal with the situation. It is very easy to get depressed and be down in the dumps when things go wrong and life seems to be kicking you in the head. Believe me, I have been there. Stop and think about what is good in your life…all the people and things you are grateful for and how there is always someone out there that has it worse than you…probably MUCH worse. Be thankful and grateful and choose to be HAPPY! Your happiness will spread to others and could be that turning point in someone’s day.
