Say goodbye to 2013 and hello 2014…the new year is here! I hope you had a great New Year’s Eve. Fun celebrating with friends and family whether you were out on the town or taking it easy at home. We stayed home in our cabin in the woods for a quiet family celebration…some good food and fuzzel navels.
With the start of the new year it is a good time to reflect on what has gone right and what has gone wrong in the past year. What self-sabotaging behaviors have you been guilty of? Not taking consistent action? Using Negative language? Whatever it is now is the time to acknowledge it and then let it go! Put it in your past and start taking positive action instead. This will help get your new year off to a great start.
